EUGENIA PRICE is known and loved across the North American continent not only as an author, but as a colorful speaker and radio personality. She produces her own transcribed radio series, "Visit with Genie," heard coast to coast in the United States. She is a columnist for the Evangel and Youth for Christ magazines, and she writes frequently for other leading evangelical publications. Most important, however, is the fact that she herself is proof of the transforming power of Christ about which she speaks and writes so glowingly.
Genie Price began in big-time radio in 1940 in Chicago, writing for both CBS and NBC until she opened her own production office, Eugenia Price Productions, in Chicago in 1945. She was converted in 1949 at which time she closed her production office and shortly afterward took up duties as writer-producer of the radio program, "Unshackled," a position which she held for five years, and then branched out into broader fields of service.
